As hard as we work to make this event happen, volunteers are the real reason for The Mid South’s success. We couldn’t do it without you!

Whether you only have time to help out at one aid station or you’re planning to work all day, there’s plenty of volunteer opportunities for everyone. Perks include early access to registration for 2025, t-shirt and swag. We couldn’t do this without our awesome volunteers!

Fill out the form below and let us know if there’s a particular spot you’d like to work. Options include, but are not limited to: pre-event prep like stuffing swag bags, day-of check in, operating an aid station, setup and tear down of finish line area, and more! Please indicate if you have any physical limitations, such as difficulty lifting heavy items or standing for extended periods of time.

The Mid South is happy to provide letters of proof of volunteer hours served.
